I've survived!!!!

I've survived the 1st week of Insanity! It really deserves it's name, but that's why I LOVE it! ;) I can already tell a difference on Day 6 from Day 1!

Some people have asked me where to start. This is what I recommend...
If you haven't been doing any fitness for a long time or ever, I recommend starting with Slim in 6, Body Gospel, or Hip Hop Abs. If you've done some fitness and want a new challenge then TurboFire. If you have been involved in fitness and want serious results I highly recommend Insanity & P90X!!!

I have to confess.....



Okay, I have to admit: I stopped my routine this week of eating great, vitamins, Shakeology, and not working out every day. I started eating carbs & goodies, and not starting my day off with fitness. After spending a couple months being perfect at this, I can tell a HUGE difference. It's REAL people!!!!! I have been sooooooo tired, not myself, and no energy. I miss the me I've been the past couple months. Tomorrow is the first day of Insanity. Time to get back into the routine again of every thing I mentioned above!!!!

If you feel tired, lazy, and/or depressed, and don't know why?!?!?!.... Trust me, the biggest reason could be your diet and fitness! Get back on track with me, don't let it go another day! :D

Think at home fitness programs cost to much? You actually may be currently paying more at they gym or buying big bulky equipment!...

Check out what I've discovered:

*When I had the interest in buying TurboFire for $120 I did the math and discovered after annual gym fees, monthly gym fees, and daycare gym fees, I was actually paying more!

*Not only was I paying more, but I find I (along with many others) don't go to the gym as much as I should, because it takes more time out of my day. However I do the at home programs every morning easily! I'm also motivated because they are FUN! So now I'm just throwing money down the drain at the gym.

*I once had an interest in getting an elliptical and treadmill at my home. Boy am I glad I didn't, I get so much more from just using my own body and one simple body band. So why spend all that money and take up so much room in my house? I've also noticed anyone else's house I go to, theirs is dusty and never used. So I know you know what I mean ;)

*These programs are soooo much more use to you, as well as less expensive!

*Same with Shakeology. It costs $4 for 1 shakeology meal (The healthiest meal of the day). But we'll spend without thinking over $4 on Starbucks, fast food, and other high calorie things...... hmmm....
